Chapel Hill, NC—June 19, 2009. USAT is pleased to announce that the State of North Carolina has issued an extension of USAT’s product and service catalogs offered to the state’s constituents via the North Carolina State Term Contract 204B-Mobile Ruggedized Computers and Peripherals. The new contract period will be extended through June 30, 2010.

Term Contract 204B is a mandatory statewide term contract for Executive State Agencies purchasing rugged computers, accessories and attendant services. Other government entities such as local (municipal and county) governments, the North Carolina University System, instructional components of the Department of Public Instruction, and instructional components of the North Carolina Community College System, may use 204B at their convenience.

USAT’s offerings via this Contract 204B include:

• NetMotion Mobility XE Software
• Vehicle Fleet Technology Equipment Installation Services
• Gamber Johnson Mounting Hardware
• Havis Ledco Mounting Hardware

In addition, USAT is a sub-agent to Panasonic Computer Solutions Company’s catalog, and can therefore continue to offer Panasonic Toughbook ruggedized laptops via the 204B Contract.
